Tomoya is responsible for the business development and portfolio management of Mitsui in greater China region. He has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare business fields, including secondment at strategic planning & business development of Parkway Pantai in Singapore, and project management of new investments for Mitsui in the healthcare sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Literature, Kanazawa University and MBA of IESE Business School.

Li manages the business development and strategic initiatives of Mitsui's portfolio companies with a focus on Greater China. Li was a Manager at Mitsui's Healthcare Division where he was involved in healthcare investments. Prior to that, he was responsible for project management in Mitsui's Energy Business Unit. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Kyoto University.
