William is the CEO and a Board member of MHM. He also heads the Strategy & Portfolio department. Prior to that, he was the Group Chief Strategy & Business Development of IHH Healthcare Berhad. William graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Kandan oversees data and digital transformation initiatives at MHM and Mitsui’s portfolio companies. He started his career as an applications engineer and became a co-founder in an IOT solutions company, JA Security and Innovations. Kandan holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering and Business Administration majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from the National University of Singapore.

Guannan supports business development initiatives and HCIT projects at MHM. Prior to this, Guannan was a senior associate with Ernst & Young transaction advisory team. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from National University of Singapore.

Rodney drives data and digital transformation initiatives at MHM and Mitsui’s portfolio companies. He brings 7 years of experience in innovation and digital transformation in various industries. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Foong Foong takes care of all of MHM's administrative and logistical requirements that help to make our work a breeze. Prior to MHM, she was a Personal Assistant to Managing Director in the Property, hospitality and entertainment organization. She is fluent in 3 languages: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.

Nagahiro is the Co-CEO and Board member of MHM. He is also a Director on the Board of IHH Healthcare Berhad. Prior to that, he was the COO at MIMS Pte. Ltd. Nagahiro is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from University of Tokyo with a Bachelor of Arts in Law. He also holds a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Philip is the Senior Vice President - Special Projects of MHM. He heads the Specialists Partnership Programme at MHM. Prior to that, he was SVP at TE Healthcare, covering oncology operations across Asia. He also served as the founding CEO of Singapore Breast Surgery Center, a multi-disciplinary Breast Cancer Centre in Singapore. Philip has also worked at IHH Healthcare covering strategy, business development, marketing and operations portfolios in Singapore & Malaysia. Philip graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical).

Taisuke supports business development initiatives and value creation projects at MHM. He was previously a member of the internal accounting & financial advisory team and the Healthcare investment team at Mitsui, where he executed multiple investments in the Asian healthcare market. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Tokyo.

Ernie manages Big Data application developments and evaluation of solution feasibility in MHM. Before joining MHM, he was involved in the development of data lakes, data warehouses, and applications development in SAP systems with several solution vendors. Ernie graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Computer Science and holds an Advanced Diploma in Machine Learning from Singapore Management University.

Christine manages new business strategy and HCIT opportunities at MHM. A physician by training, Christine was part of Parkway Pantai's Strategic Planning and Business Development division and the operations team at Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital. Christine holds an MBBS from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Yosuke manages portfolio and new investment activities at MHM. Yosuke was an Investment Manager at Mitsui's Corporate Development Business Unit and supported M&A transactions for a variety of Business Units. Prior to that, he was a Manager at Sony Corporation where he was involved in investments and post-merger integration activities. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Doshisha University.

Akira supports business development initiatives and value creation projects at MHM. He was previously a member of Pharmaceutical & Medical Data business team at Mitsui, where he led RWD/RWE projects in Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College Dublin.

Hazwan supports big data application development, data lake infrastructure and data pipeline development in MHM. Prior to joining MHM, Hazwan managed enterprise data platform infrastructure, development of data ingestion patterns and data pipeline processes. Hazwan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science specialising in Big Data from the University of Wollongong.

Motoko supports value creation and data and innovation initiatives at MHM. She has more than a decade of working experience in operations and strategic planning at Kameda Medical Center in Japan and Alexandra Hospital in Singapore. Motoko also worked at Boston Consulting Group and served multiple healthcare providers in improving profitability. She holds an MBA from Waseda University and a Ph.D. in Healthcare Policy from Tokyo Medical and Dental University.

Tim supports value creation and new investment activities at MHM. He was previously a member of the accounting & financial advisory team in Mitsui Tokyo. Prior to that, he was a project leader at Mercari, one of the largest tech startups in Japan, where he led the IPO and data automation project from accounting and finance side. He also worked as an auditor in EY Tokyo and San Jose office. He holds a Bachelor's degree of computer science in Tongji University and CPA license in Japan and State of Maine, USA.

Marlon is an experienced Solutions Architect with over 20 years of data architecture experience. Prior to his role in MHM, Marlon was a solutions architect in Logibec and a lead healthcare data warehouse architect in Emergis Health (acquired by Telus Health) for over 10 years. Marlon’s expertise in the healthcare industry is both strategic and technical (HL7, RIM, CeRx, FHIR). He specializes in the development of data management platform architecture, and helping companies advance their business goals supported by technology.

Paul supports data governance in MHM. Before joining MHM, he was a data governance manager and data analyst, and was involved in organizational data governance and platform implementations, as well as process and data quality improvement initiatives across multiple industries. He holds Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Business Management from De La Salle University.
