Rikuya is the CEO and a Board member of MHM. He previously served as General Manager of the 2nd Department in the Wellness Solution Division at Mitsui & Co., and also held board positions at several healthcare-related companies in both the US and Japan. He has over 20 years of experience in business development, investments, M&A, and business management across diverse sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, logistics, and steel. He holds a Master of Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tokyo.

Christine manages new business strategy and HCIT opportunities at MHM. A physician by training, Christine was part of Parkway Pantai's Strategic Planning and Business Development division and the operations team at Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital. Christine holds an MBBS from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Guannan supports business development initiatives and HCIT projects at MHM. Prior to this, Guannan was a senior associate with Ernst & Young transaction advisory team. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from National University of Singapore.

Foong Foong takes care of all of MHM's administrative and logistical requirements that help to make our work a breeze. Prior to MHM, she was a Personal Assistant to Managing Director in the Property, hospitality and entertainment organization. She is fluent in 3 languages: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
