Mr. Kimiwada is the Chairman of MHM and General Manager of Mitsui’s Provider Division.
He previously served as CEO and Chairman of leading healthcare staffing companies in the United States. His background includes corporate development and M&A, as well as serving as COO and CFO at Mitsui group companies, and serving as a board member of private and publicly listed companies in Japan, Asia, and the United States. Mr. Kimiwada graduated from the University of Tokyo with a Bachelor of Economics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr Aoi is a General Manager of 1st Department in the Provider Business Division in Mitsui. Prior to that, he was the Deputy General Manager in the Corporate & Strategy Planning Division. Mr Aoi graduated from Kyoto University with a Bachelor of Law.

Mr William is the CEO and a Board member of MHM. He also heads the Strategy & Portfolio department. Prior to that, he was the Group Chief Strategy & Business Development of IHH Healthcare Berhad. Mr William graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Mr. Manabe is the CFO of Mitsui Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he was a General Manager of Mitsui’s Corporate Finance department in Finance Division. Mr. Manabe graduated from Keio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce.

Mr. Nagahiro is a Director on the Board of IHH Healthcare Berhad. Prior to that, he was the COO at MIMS Pte. Ltd. Mr. Nagahiro is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from University of Tokyo with a Bachelor of Arts in Law. He also holds a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
